  The president of Security Council has called a conference on the 1st week of February in the directions of International Court of Justice to demand Israel to stop killing in Gaza. South Africa filed a request to International Court of Justice on the war situation in Gaza and to take emergent measures for the citizens in Gaza but the court has not ordered of ceasefire. On the appeal of South Africa, ICJ said in his first ruling that charges on Israel regarding Gaza are jurisdiction under the Genocide Convention and Israel will fulfill all obligations of this convention and further said to investigate its military genocidal actions.
