Polling of General Elections 2024 in Pakistan was started on 8 th February 2024 and polling time was from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM continuously for the people’s right to vote. Sometimes newly glasses
wearing people complain of headache, majority of those they started newly
wearing these glasses. But actually this headache is not related to their
glasses. This is due to consistently using of smart phone or computer.
Migraines cause headaches:
Spectacles makes vision
clears and improves clarity in things. Similarly, it can also be done due to some
reasons like stress of eye muscles, unusual things, Blurry Vision and
Restlessness. Some different reasons of headaches are as follows:
Spectacles for newly persons:
Eyes do not feel
comfortable for the new users. Eye muscles get stressed because these are not
used to of it and headache makes.
Experts believe that
new spectacles may be adjusted in two to three weeks and if headache not done
after the prescribed period then must be consult to Ophthalmologist.
Improper Spectacle Frame:
Improper frame of
spectacles causes headaches due to so far or so close from the eyes. For better
result, get proper fames that should be medium. Here are some types of effected
frame.

lenses also creates headaches. After eye sight weakness, separate spectacles
are better for near and close. Relevant spectacle must be used for the relevant
usage.
Stress on the eyes:
Spectacles are not only
cause of headache but also long time usage of computer or smart phones because
of long time direct pressure on eyes and it causes headache.
Maximum usage of blue light:
Blue eyes are not good
for eyes. Blue light is spreader everywhere and everyone is facing from its
rays. Large emit amount of blue light in electronic devices like computer,
laptop, smartphones and LED TV etc. causes pressure on eyes and it causes
headache.
Conclusion:
To prevent form
headaches, it is important for the routine checkup of eyes. Headache can also
be due to number change of glasses or due to some other problems that can be
examined by the expert Doctor. Here are some techniques those are good.
· To relieve eyes from stress, eyes exercise 20-20-20 should be
follow. For the exercise, eyes should be in the direction of twenty feet every
twenty minutes for twenty second. Repeat the test for near and far.

For the usage of computer, its screen should at the distance of
50 to 70 cm minimum and it must be tilt less than 15 to 20 degrees are correct.
·
Headache for the 1st usage of glasses are normal so
don’t skip new glasses.
·
Always choose the proper frame otherwise change.
