It is admitted that energy drinks gives our body to instant energy, but excessive usage of energy drinks may be harmful because these drinks contains those items that excessive use are not good for our health as caffeine, sugar and etc. Regular usage of these drinks causes insomnia and restlessness in some men. So kept it low usage as we can.
Although energy drinks helps to
active the brain and enhance the performance of sportsman because of caffeine.
Every drink has every ingredient listed on it and caffeine amount is different
for every drink. Some ingredients are follows here:

every energy drink and it is used in huge amount. If any drink not add sugar
then that drink contains any other ingredient which contains high calories.

energy drinks because it transmit the food into energy which strengthen the

L-carnitine are used to help for the body in many aspects.

For sense of energy of brain, ginseng is
used and to increase the potency of caffeine, guarana is used.
These drinks are good for sportsman
at some level cause of energy but it also cause of some health problems which
are as follows:

There is a lot of stock of energy drinks
those are available in the market without its approval from the concerned
Authority.

Some drinks are not listed with its
gradients due to relevant Authority has not approved that product.

It can be easily observed that 60
percent energy drinks which is available in market for the public have no
caffeine amount listed. Only these 40 percent drinks contains 5 to 20 percent
caffeine amount and remaining 60 percent products have no listed due to it
contains 70 percent caffeine.

If we see any energy drink in the market
and we want to see its ingredients proportion of caffeine those have no listed
on.

These drinks have a huge amount of sugar
i.e. 07 to 09 teaspoons or much more.
As energy drinks have advantages
where it has some main disadvantages also which are as follows as Heart
problems, Cause of cancer, Skin problems, over weighting and many others.
About to 190 milligrams of usage of
caffeine can make heart problems. Excessive usage of energy drinks threats
memory loss. Sometimes its excessive use develops tetanus. It is also causing
anger, panic and tense the nervous system. Some studies experiments tells that
it effects Respiratory System and Journal Sleep. Insomnia was found in those
students who could not complete their work and feel tired the whole day.
Addiction of energy drinks deteriorate quickly. As these have high potency of
sugar in the shape of corn syrup which causes the high risk of obesity and
diabetes.
Health experts advised that uses of
energy drinks are not good after exercises nor extreme heat because it helps
for the dryness of the body.
